In early 2020, Aston Martin announced its collaboration with Airbus Corporate Helicopters, and the resulting model: the ACH 130 Aston Martin Edition. It happens that the high-flying vehicle fared very well indeed in the executive market—it sold out with expediency—and this spring Aston announced a second run of the item.

For the original ACH 130 Aston Martin Edition, the classic Aston Martin DB11 provided the design inspiration. With interiors as shown in Aston saddle-brown leather, and seats conspicuously emblazoned with the Aston logo, the cabin interior recalled the experience of driving a car made by the most esteemed GT builder in the world.

The exterior of the ACH 130 Aston Martin Edition also clearly hails from the terrestrially oriented half of the collaborative effort: the helicopter’s exterior colors are also Aston-ish; the example used for the shoot has been given a quicksilver graduated shade which suggests motion in and of itself.

How much does such an effective corporate trophy cost? About $3 million.
