This past January, original ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ cast member NeNe Leakes bade farewell to her 10,000 sq. ft. French-inspired five bedroom in the city’s Duluth suburb. She listed the place last autumn, asking $4 million, but had to trim the price to $3.495 million to get the offer that closed the deal: $2.65 million.

She may fare better on her condo in Atlanta’s Buckhead district. This month, the four-bed, five-bath Waldorf Astoria townhouse landed on the market priced at $2.5 million.

Called a villa, the residence is one of three of its kind at the complex. It begins with a courtyard entry, and progresses to a common area distinguished by an open floorplan, a fireplace with a marble surround, plank hardwood floors, a wet bar, and a barn door or two. The property contains both an elevator and a staircase.

Highlights among individual rooms in this three-level home include the galley kitchen, which features a marble-capped waterfall island and a walk-in pantry, and the primary suite, which boasts a huge custom closet. A secondary kitchen, three guest rooms and a dining room fills out the 4,045 sq. ft. residence.
