Last month, the relatively remote, nine-acre retreat of Taylor Lautner came and went like a desert breeze. The recent five-bedroom modern appeared on the open market with an asking price of $5 million; according to Dirt, it was Big Bang Theory grad Kaley Cuoco who stepped up with $5.25 million to take ownership of the house.

The 5,647 sq. ft. house is an entertainer’s dream, with a bronze-tinged room dedicated to the pastime that’s decorated with a lavish and rather suggestive wall mural and outfitted with the requisite wet bar. Traipse outside via the gaping transition provided by a pocketing glass wall, and a pool, patio and cabana living area come into focus.

Cuoco’s other Los Angeles-area real-estate adventures include the sale of the savagely decorated home in Tarzana she purchased from Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian, and listed in 2019 for $6.9 million. She ultimately sold the youthful 8,000 square-footer for under $4 million.

Meanwhile, Lautner has moved to another property in Agoura Hills. In the second half of April, he closed on a six-bed, seven-bath Mediterranean in the desert community. The 1991-built house’s interiors span 6,935 sq. ft. Lautner paid $3.875 million for it.
