This month, Los Angeles Rams team member Cooper Kupp sold the property he picked up last spring for $4.1 million. The MVP wide receiver listed the Westlake Village home in February of this year, asking $6.1 million. In the end, he fared quite well on the deal, sending it off for $5.25 million.
The 6,893 sq. ft. home begins with a grandiose porte-cochere entrance that gives way to an in-kind foyer: double staircase, double-height ceiling, and extravagant chandelier. The interiors feature a long list of amenities that includes a billiards room, a marble bar, a formal dining room with a backlit tray ceiling and a colonial chandelier, a master bath with a fireplace and freestanding soaking tub combo, and a large kitchen with an auxiliary prep-and-cleanup area.
The 1.63 acres of grounds is used to develop a meandering outdoor living area, with various covered and uncovered living spaces, a fire feature, a pool, a spa, and kennels.
