An elegant Manhattan penthouse appeared on the open market this spring courtesy of producer and feature film director Shawn Levy. Levy—whose credits include Stranger Things and Cheaper by the Dozen—is asking $15 million for the property.

The 5,457 sq. ft. condo crowns a boutique building in Tribeca; the residential address dates to the pre-war years; it converted in the last decade.

Levy’s residence contains five bedrooms and seven baths. Its interior living spaces begin with a large gallery and powder room, and progress to include a corner living room, a media room, and a kitchen with commercial-grade hardware, a waterfall island, and oak cabinetry.

The unit’s bedrooms are placed in a sequence on one side of the L-shaped property. The owner’s suite features a pair of marble baths—one outfitted with a coffee bar—a spa with a soaking tub, and a pair of walk-in closets.

Levy is slated to direct the next chapter of the Deadpool franchise.
