Since NFL linebacker Shaquil Barrett has made a professional move from the Denver Broncos to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he took time out to put his home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, up for sale for $3.695 million. But the property wasn’t available for very long.
The house officially listed in the second week of March, and moved into pending status within a few days.
The Denver real estate market is very much a seller’s market still — up 20% from last year, with high demand and low stock. The house is a fairly recent build, and one that’s situated on a larger lot: .82 acres. It dates to 2017, and contains six bedrooms and eight baths across 8,738 sq. ft. of interiors.
High ceilings, plenty of glass, and plank oak in an earthy finish help define the living style. It’s a relaxed style, with fireplaces in the living room, master bedroom and in a covered portion of the second-floor deck as well. Among its amenities is a game and entertainment room with a full-sized bar.
