The late-90s modern of actress Jameela Jamil and producer and musician James Blake came to the open market this year, and departed again in remarkably short order. The couple listed the property in the first week of the month.

As the 4,173 sq. ft. home develops, the common area ceiling emerges as a reprise of the staircase design, and the openness breaks into the backyard pool area by way of a wall of fold-away glass panels. Upstairs, the master bedroom’s own wall of glass opens similarly to the property and the city beyond.
