The building, Jade Signature, is one of several notable high-rise residential buildings in the area; the list includes the new Bentley Residences building. The unit is one of the building’s penthouses, is a duplex with 11,661 sq. ft. of living area.

The property’s interiors feature high-gloss stone tile floors throughout. Highlights include the kitchen, which features a nearly seamless bank of floor-to-ceiling cabinets, and the living room, which boasts a wet bar.
