Is Aaron Donald sticking with the Rams? The NFL player listed his home in Los Angeles, which may or may not be indicative of a coming professional move for the career tackler.

The house hit the open market this spring with an asking price of $6.25 million. However, with a market heating up and a house with much to commend it, the property spent just three days for sale before it moved into contract; the sale is final as of yesterday. Its location is a major selling point; with a pair of hills behind it and nearly an acre of lawn, it’s a quiet and secluded location.

The house is located in The Oaks, a Calabasas community which many celebrities have called home over the years. It’s a 1996-built mixed architectural that puts a modern spin on Mediterranean, and it contains six bedrooms and seven baths across 7,036 sq. ft. of interiors.

The house’s shared living space is a wide-open space nearly large enough to chuck around a pigskin; it features beamed ceilings, oversized windows, a mix of tile and scraped hardwood floors, and sliding glass that opens to the patio and pool area.

The living area sets aside a corner for a billiards table with a dedicated light fixture. Other amenities of the property include a small ‘barber room’ with a chair, a master bedroom with a private sitting area and a two-sided fire feature, a four-car garage, and a loggia.
