In early February, media personality Ryan Seacrest relisted a fixer-upper in Beverly Hills with a $5.795 million asking price. The property’s return to the open market marks its second listing under Seacrest’s ownership; it was initially listed in late 2021 with a $6.195 million ask.
Also on the market: a rather more expansive slice of Beverly Hills owned by Seacrest and formerly owned by actor Lawrence Harvey. Seacrest initially listed the Franklin Canyon-area estate in late 2020, asking $85 million. The property is currently available for the reduced price of $70 million.
The home’s consolations are many, and include a serene spa room decorated with cane wall covering and dark green paint, a fine contrast to the earth mid-toned plank hardwood, and the covered slate porch that surveys the backyard and pool area, a benchmark example of groomed Beverly Hills green if there ever was one.
Other amenities on the Buff & Hensman designed property include an office/library with a fireplace and unique coffered ceiling, a gym, a meandering series of romantic gardens with a koi pond along the way, and the trio of pool and guest houses which adds to the main house’s interior square footage measurement of 9,200.
