Ferrari Roma Gets the Mansory Treatment

In its two years of production, the Ferrari Roma has become something of a contemporary classic. Designed to extend its stylistic evocations from Ferrari history to the history of the city of Rome, it has appeal as a cultural ambassador and, for good measure, packs a naturally aspirated V12-powered frisson-inducer.

Tuning kits and packages for the Roma have taken time to emerge. Novitec announced a package for the supercar just this past December; the approach is typically refined. On the other side of Germany, Mansory has been applying its unique chops to its own kit for the Roma; the approach is typically extroverted. The treatment gives the Roma a power boost to 710 horsepower; the enhanced supercar can hit 62 MPH in 3.1 seconds on its way to a top speed of 206 MPH.

The Mansory Roma receives carbon fiber components outside — the list includes front bumper, grille, skirt lip, rear diffuser, hood, and a choice of rear spoilers — and an interior in red and black leather. Badges and emblems adorn the Mansory Roma inside and out, and new downpipes and 21- and 22-inch wheels may be ordered.
