The Manhattan penthouse of Canadian tennis ace Milos Raonic is on the open market this month. The property, which caps one of the buildings in the London Terrace Towers complex, in is currently listed with an asking price of $9.995 million, according to Dirt.

The residential building is located in the fashionable neighborhood of Chelsea. It was completed in 1930, and converted to condos in the 1980s. Raonic’s home, a three-bedroom with four baths, crowns the northwest tower.

The residence features an entrance gallery, a 28×20-foot great room, and a corner master. One of the bedrooms has been adapted into a library. The property’s main amenity is the wraparound terrace (or series of terraces) which traces the front of the unit, and eventually ends at the East Terrace, a 13×24-foot space off the great room.
