For those following the residential shake-up of stratospheric R&B and hip-hop performer Drake, here’s a look at the third property in his cobbled-together compound in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Hidden Hills. Drake listed the contiguous properties earlier this month.

The whole kit and caboodle is priced at $22.2 million, although the properties may of course be purchased individually. This final property in the bunch is priced at $2.9 million. It was the last to be purchased by Drake, but of the trio it’s the one that most urgently needs attention. He’s priced it fairly, and if public records are accurate will take quite a wallop on the transaction; he paid $4.5 million to take possession of the home back in 2018.

The midcentury ranch spans 2,500 sq. ft. inside, but the 2.2 acres the property brought to the compound’s total was perhaps more essential; the three properties combine to form a 6.7-acre lot, a rather luxurious amount of breathing room for this neck of the woods. The currently listing offers no interior photos, but a look at the 2018 listing spread reveals abundant red brick, carpet that’s seen better days, cottage sconces, and a 1980s kitchen. Great bones, however, and the property is, in classic Hidden Hills style, zoned equestrian.

This final piece of the Drake estate puzzle joins the ‘YOLO’ mansion, the singer’s main estate in the area, which is currently listed with an asking price of $14.8 million, and the neighboring home he picked up a few years later (to solve a noise complaint issue), which is priced at $4.5 million.
