Windsurfing Champ Robby Naish Sells Hawaii Enclave for $15M

It was about a year ago that the Hawaii estate of windsurfing champ Robby Naish appeared on the open market with an $18 million ask. The 73-acre promontory property stood up for one price snip late last summer that took it to $15 million, and that wound up being the registered sale price when it closed early this winter.

The estate is located on Maui, and overlooks Kealii Point; it includes a half mile of coastline and view of two bars. It’s a secluded living style, and the flora and ocean views are virtually uninterrupted by other homes. The 5,938 sq. ft. house is set at the end of a long, palm-lined drive. It opens to its setting at every opportunity, with pocketing doors in the great room combining the primary shared space with the landscape.

The house contains five bedrooms and five baths, and is designed with a guest wing for extended stays. The house also features a wet bar; it’s located near the lanai. A pool with a waterfall and a companion spa completes a look at the outdoor amenities of this romantically far-flung Hawaii getaway.
