A Florida beach house owned by President Donald Trump through his organization has returned to the open market with a price bump. In March of last year, the Palm Beach home had been marketed at $49 million. As of this month, it is priced at $59 million.

The hotter-than-hot Florida real estate market may well accommodate the increase, but this twist concerning the property’s listing price is but the latest turn in its history with the family. The estate had been owned by Maryanne Trump Barry before an LLC associated with Trump’s sons purchased it for $19 million in late 2017. In 2018, the home popped up as a $100K-per-month rental.

The house, which contains eight bedrooms and at least ten baths across its 8,269 sq. ft. of interior living area, dates to 1956. As it currently stands, it is possessed of a breezy living style that suits its location very well, and a veneer of high-dollar ostentation.

Highlights of the interiors include a room with walls of glass overlooking the ocean — when the house lets the setting take center stage, it comes off at its best. Amenities include an enclosed porch, a library, a terrace, and a master suite with an oceanfront balcony overlooking the pool.
