In the final days of February, actor Leonardo DiCaprio sold the 1926-built five-bedroom Tudor home in Los Feliz he purchased from musician Moby for $4.91 million back in 2018. The Academy Award winner initially listed the property in the summer of 2021, asking $5.8 million.
In January, the residence saw a relist at $4.9 million, and ultimately changed hands at that figure about two weeks ago. According to Dirt, the buyer was none other than falsetto specialist Miguel.
The 4,644 sq. ft. home was a personal project of Moby, who renovated it in a manner that suggested the contemporary while leaving the essential period feel of the home’s build era unruffled. From the front walk, the bright red door stands out as invitational amid the off-white and stone of the entryway and the intense green of the landscaping. Interiors are warm, understated, and meditative.
The house’s accommodations include a pair of suites, one of which features a connected yoga studio or creative workspace. A terrace, a gym, a guest suite, and a covered living area overlooking a secluded, kidney-shaped pool are among the home’s additional amenities.
DiCaprio’s upcoming projects include Killers of the Flower Moon, with Robert De Niro.
Miguel’s 2010 debut, All I want Is You, achieved Platinum status. The artist subsequently released three more albums, all of which reached the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart.
