The last time we heard from Emma Stone, she was selling one home in Los Angeles and settling into another. That was in 2019; the outgoing house, a charmingly quirky-via-kitsch Beverly Hills traditional, sold for $3.9 million, but within weeks the actress was investing in a 1920s Spanish Eclectic in the same city.

About a year earlier, Stone listed a New York pied-a-terre unit in a 1930s-vintage, Emory Roth-designed building for $2.65 million. The apartment was on and off the market between the fall of 2018 and the fall of 2021, and finally went to a new owner toward the end of the year. According to public records, Stone sold the unit for considerably less than its last asking price, and under her 2016 purchase price of $2.4 million: it changed hands for $2.25 million this time around.

The one-and-one condo residence features a living room with plank hardwood and a brick fireplace that’s been given a lick of bright white paint, and a master bedroom with deco details and views of Abington Square Park. A galley kitchen and a bright bathroom complete the interiors, which span about 820 sq. ft. according to the listing.

Stone’s upcoming projects include Poor Things, with Willem Dafoe and Mark Ruffalo.
