Billionaire Nelson Peltz is looking to give up ownership of his slice of Westchester County. According to Dirt, the Trian Fund Management co-founder has priced the property at $10 million; he paid $20.55 million for it in 1998, according to public records.

The property is located in the Bedford area, a popular stomping ground of celebrities. Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones paid $4.5 million for a manor in this neck of the woods. Glenn Close kept a home here for years, ultimately putting it up for sale in 2019; that same year, Bruce Willis sold his own home here for $7.7 million.

Peltz’s property spans 51.62 acres, but no manor. At present, it is occupied only by a guest house, a pond, and forest. Peltz likely purchased it as an initial step in designing a compound. But, like many other moneyed New Yorkers, he had moved to Florida; in October, Trian Fund Management shelled out $23 million for offices in Palm Beach, according to The Real Deal.

Peltz’s net worth is $1.7 billion, per Forbes.
