Actress Sydney Sweeney is the new owner of a Tudor-inflected suburban traditional in Los Angeles. According to Dirt, Sweeney — a cast member of hit HBO teen-oriented series Euphoria — paid $3 million for the charming property, which features five bedrooms and four baths across 3,200 sq. ft. of interior living space.
The house is situated on a hill, making its front steps a leisurely and somewhat athletic approach from the drive. Its exterior features black trim, a few half-timbers, stucco, and red brick around the entrance.
Inside the home, the charming period feel is even more pronounced. The master bedroom makes the house worth a look; nothing earth-shatteringly original, but the raw wood ceiling has stories to tell, and the window seat is an always-welcome touch in a primary accommodation. In the living room, design elements include exposed rafters, plantation shutters, a red brick fireplace, and fairly spectacular original hardwood floors.
The outdoor living area includes a partially covered brick patio that transitions to a lawn and rather exuberant gardens. The lot measures .27 acres.
