Actor KJ Apa listed his Spanish-style in the Nichols Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles this month. The Riverdale star is asking $2.995 million for the 3,581 sq. ft. home. He’s owned it since the winter of 2020.
The house dates to 1966, but it isn’t as florid as some late Spanish-style builds. Interior details include stucco, beamed ceilings and oak plank floors that appear to be original; the stairwell is dressed up by a trio of Moroccan lantern pendants.
The shared spaces include a step-down living room with an arched entry, tile riser, and fireplace, and a combination kitchen and family room with sliding wood-framed doors that open to the brick patio and pool area. The kitchen is tastefully rendered with subtly figured marble and a herringbone backsplash.
The home’s three bathrooms include a charming master bath with a rustic tile floor. Two of the three bedrooms are ground level; the master features balcony access. A back garden, a stout security system and a four-car garage complete a first look at this fine late Spanish Colonial Revival.
