About two months after selling his modern-style in Hollywood Hills West for $8 million, Houston Rockets forward Chandler Parsons listed another property in the Los Angeles area: a estate in Malibu.

There’s a lot going on across the 1.4 acres of the little compound. Besides the main house, there is a guest house, a greenhouse, an outdoor sauna and a Japanese tub, as well as various plant beds, a fire pit, a tennis court, deck space, a pavilion with a kitchen and bar, and a saltwater pool with a companion spa. The property’s theater is located in the guest house.

The main house is a four-bedroom with an expansive owner’s suite that includes a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and dressing room, and a private balcony with ocean views.
