Actress Sela Ward — of CSI fame — sold her Miami Beach getaway pad in late December for $6.335 million. The residence is located in what is arguably the area’s most distinguished residential high-rise; the Zaha Hadid luxury tower One Thousand Museum.
Ward and her husband, venture capitalist Howard Sherman, had owned the four-bedroom property for a little more than a year when it changed hands. The couple listed it in July with a $6.599 million ask.
Regular readers may recall another one of One Thousand Museum’s striking properties—the condo owned by Hadid herself. That property, a 2,500 sq. ft. combination unit containing three bedrooms and four baths, sold in 2018 for $5.75 million.
The unit in question contains four bedrooms and six baths across 4,600 sq. ft. Interior spaces culminate in a striking expression of light and space: the property’s 50-foot living room, which gives the unit a prominent easterly exposure. The residence also features three terraces.
Present property owners at One Thousand Museum include soccer- and music-world luminaries David and Victoria Beckham and billionaire Anthony Hsieh.
