Latter day R&B legend Toni Braxton listed her two units in prominent luxury Los Angeles condo building Le Parc. The stacked residences are priced at $3.349 million and $2.849 million.
The singer and songwriter (who also enjoys the occasional film and television role) has owned the two units for about three and a half years. The properties both contain two bedrooms across 2,240 sq. ft. of interiors; the pricier of the two is a penthouse.
The penthouse features 14-foot ceilings — including a coffered ceiling in a guest room — a pair of balconies, and a trio of fireplaces in granite and marble; additional materials at work in the unit include Brazilian mahogany. The lower-level unit boasts an updated kitchen and a master with a patio.
It doesn’t appear that Braxton ever had the two units connected. Listing information states that the two units may be purchased together with all non-personal furnishings.
Braxton has sold over 70 million records worldwide. She started her career with a bang; her 1993 self-titled debut topped the Billboard 200 chart. The next couple of albums reached the number two position, cementing her diva status. She would score several more Top 10 albums down the road.
