A six-bedroom in Sherman Oaks should tickle the fancy of the prospective buyer looking for a modern farmhouse-style Los Angeles-area home with pattern-heavy interior design. The 2020-built home is being sold by singer Tamar Braxton, who has priced it at $3.375 million.

The 3,800 sq. ft. residence features a façade with reclaimed timber accents. Inside, it quickly develops as a visual travel-log; the foyer features striking black-and-white vertical striped wall covering on one side and plank painted mid-gray on the other.
