World Series champ Rafael Furcal listed this home in South Florida late last summer with a $3.269 million asking price. The three-time MLB All-Star sold it this year, but not without a fight.

According to public records, the property went under contract for the first time in October; it was relisted at the end of the month, and left the market again in the middle of December before closing in the first week of the year at $3.2 million.
