It looks as though television personality and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards has finally sold her house in Bel Air. The heavily revised 6,229 sq. ft. home was last priced at $6.495 million; it closed last week at $6.1 million.

Richards had placed the home on and off the market for several years. She also offered it as a rental at up to $50K per month.

The traditional-style dates to 1972, and features a masonry exterior. A red brick front walk, step, landing and landscaping retaining wall add considerable warmth before entry; inside the home, the revision capitalizes on the warmth, and the rustic flourishes — scraped plank floors, raw ceilings, fireplaces, exposed beams —  magnify the effect.

Amenities include a library or salon with a wet bar, a skylight-lit kitchen, and a theater. The grounds boast a pool, sports court, and putting green.
