Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis saw their five-bedroom, six-bath traditional in Beverly Hills into the Los Angeles sunset in the second week of winter 2022. The couple accepted an offer of $10.35 million for the 7,351 sq. ft., .53-acre property. They listed it for the first time in the spring of 2020, asking $14 million; by November of last year, the price had dropped to $11.3 million.
The 1999-built home is framed with extraordinary landscaping; mature trees and hedges create a secluded atmosphere, while lawns and a pool lay the groundwork for fair weather recreating and family down time. The home’s façade features stone accents, with black shutters for the sash windows and a bay adding to an overall invitational feel.
Among the details that catch the eye inside the home: the office’s green marble fireplace; the step-up kitchen, which features a sash window with a fanlight over the sink, a snack counter, and a blazing white treatment; and the master, a dignified space with a fireplace and a marble-floored bath with a freestanding soaking tub.
Amenities in this home include a gym. But it’s the backyard that sells the place; it works very well as a natural extension of the home’s living style, and promises a wealth of sun-drenched leisure.
Kutcher’s upcoming projects include B. J. Novak’s upcoming horror thriller film Vengeance. He also stars in the upcoming rom-com Your Place or Mine, with Reese Witherspoon.
Kunis stars in the upcoming mystery film Luckiest Girl Alive, with Finn Wittrock, Jennifer Beals, and Connie Britton.
