Billionaire businessman and Green for Life Environmental CEO Patrick Dogivi was back in the Aspen real estate news to close out 2021.
Last spring, Dogivi dropped $72.5 million on an estate in the alpine resort community; the property, which includes 11 bedrooms and 17 baths across 22,000 sq. ft. and 4.5 acres of grounds, set a price record for the area. More recently, he paid $44.5 million for a 12,111 sq. ft., 3.5-acre estate in the same corner of the jet-set destination.
Dogivi’s newest Aspen-area acquisition is located a stone’s throw from his larger estate. The house was completed in 1992, and contains six bedrooms and eight baths. It is built into a hillside, and features contemporary architecture with a metal roof and a soft red exterior with green trim. Its interiors are designed in a lavish style that mixes classical, modern and industrial elements.
The property’s views are of course stunning, and the home’s amenities list includes upper-level deck space that makes the most of the local panorama. Other amenities include guest accommodations, spa tubs, a pool, and a master with a bath boasting a steam shower.
Dogivi’s net worth is estimated at $1 billion.
