Sugar, whose credits include the Peter Yates-directed 2004 adaptation of A Separate Peace, picked up the single-level, 3,247-sq. ft. property in Dana Point in March of this year. He listed it again earlier this month with a $6.3 million asking price; according to available records, the four-bedroom went under contract within a week of listing.
