‘Real Housewife’ Bethenny Frankel Offering Slick Full-Floor Loft in Manhattan for $7M

Having just shucked her little Connecticut estate in the late summer — the 4,698 sq. ft. Colonial changed hands for $3.3 million — television personality Bethenny Frankel has decided to take another crack at sending her loft in downtown Manhattan into her flipping history.

This is at least the second condo in the area Frankel has owned in the past decade. In 2016, she fared very well after putting a penthouse in Tribeca up for sale on the open market; listed at $6.95 million, it sold inside 24 hours. The 4,034 sq. ft. unit in Soho she’s just listed is also priced at $6.95 million, but finding a new owner for it has been a little trickier. It was initially offered by her in the spring, and is now back for a second run.

The residence has a designer spirit. Kitchen, living area, and bedrooms are all concept spaces, using the 1904-building’s industrial roots as an enhancement for a very slick living style. No trad Village loft of ancient plank floor and red brick, the four-bed, three-bath unit is geared more to the sophisticated set than the artistic.

Amenities in the home include a media room with a concealed wet bar, a home office, and a master with a built-in headboard and a large walk-in closet.
