An almond orchard estate in Ripon, California, is now the hobbyist business of writer and voice actor Justin Roiland. According to Dirt, the Rick and Morty co-creator paid $2 million for the five-bedroom, four-bath home, which is surrounded by 10 acres of mature almond trees.

The architecture of the 6,000 sq. ft. house is inspired by French and English designs, and features a touch of storybook in its roofline. It begins with a rotunda entrance and an arched doorway that opens to a double-staircase foyer. The home’s owner’s suite is located on the first level, and includes a fireplace. The kitchen features cherry cabinetry and a semi-circular island.

Additional spaces in this home include an office and a theater and media room. The orchard is fed by micro sprinklers, and the property is prepped for an onsite shop.

Roiland’s current projects include Hulu adult animated sitcom Solar Opposites.
