Singer and record producer Pharrell Williams hasn’t yet found a buyer for his Hollywood Hills modern, and so back onto the market it goes this autumn. Williams has owned the home for about six years, and first listed it in May of 2020, asking a touch under $12 million. It returns to the open market this month with an asking price of $9.995 million.
The house’s interiors span 6,000 sq. ft. across a single level, with six bedrooms and six baths—it’s the guest house that breaks into a second level. The living style is an interesting blend of the unadorned and the glitzy. Aptly representing the contrast are the sparer-than-spare kitchen and the green marble-clad master bath, where even the doors of the medicine cabinet are included in the flash.
Mainly, though, it’s the home’s sharp angles and natural textures that provide visuals. The glass panels that compose exterior walls and provide modern transparency also pivot to open to the city, and reveal very fine L.A. views. Other modern touches include a floating fireplace.
The property’s grounds span 1.6 acres, with a zero-edge lap pool positioned to make a dramatic break between property and city.
Williams’ other notable transactions include the sale of his Beverly Hills manse for $15 million, and the purchase of a lush Florida compound for $30 million. A couple of years ago, Richard Mille introduced the RM 52-05 Tourbillon Pharrell Williams with a $969,000 price tag.
