Last spring, Tyrese Gibson listed his home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Woodland Hills for $3.5 million. The property is back this fall for a second crack at finding a new owner, and is priced at $2.895 million to help it on its way.

The seven-bedroom Mediterranean-style estate was designed in 2010. The accommodations are distributed throughout a 5,415 sq. ft. main house — the home boasts a stucco exterior and a red tile roof — and the additional buildings, one of which is a playfully Japanese-inspired structure containing a U-shaped bar, that are scattered across the rear of the .43-acre lot.

Interiors in the main home are quite graceful, with a rounded entry plateau finished in hardwood giving way to a very open living and entertaining space. A curving staircase with a wrought-iron balustrade, an upper-level balcony, a pair of clerestories, and an extravagant chandelier extending from a round tray ceiling above the stairwell complete this primary living area.

Other amenities on the property include outdoor and indoor theaters, a recording studio and meeting space, and a master bedroom with a fireplace.

Gibson’s most recent studio release, 2015’s Black Rose, topped the Billboard 200 chart. On the film side, his upcoming projects include Morbius, with Jared Leto, and Dangerous, with Scott Eastwood, Famke Janssen, and Mel Gibson.
