In September of this year, music exec Scooter Braun shelled out a stout $65 million for an exceptionally realized industrial and modern-inspired contemporary in Los Angeles.

The transition from summer to fall has put Braun in a selling mood, apparently. He recently listed a property he’s owned since January of last year: the former Brentwood estate of actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston. The 2.35-acre estate is priced at $23.95 million.

The estate begins with a gated entrance and a guardhouse; a long, meandering drive ends at the motor court of a roughly 9,000 sq. ft. Spanish-style that went up in the late 1940s. Around the house are arranged a kidney-shaped pool, a large hardwood deck, a tennis court, and a large lawn. There are six bedrooms and at least ten baths on the property.
