This year, Sandra Bullock has engaged in a fair degree of residential real estate shuffling. Back in the winter, she sold her East Coast retreat in Georgia; she’d owned the 1920s beachfront summer estate for almost twenty years when it changed hands for $4.2 million in the first weeks of the year. Shortly thereafter, Bullock purchased a property in Beverly Hills, paying $2.7 million for a 2,800 sq. ft. French country cottage on a beautifully landscaped .43-acre lot.

The ‘tween-holiday period found Bullock in another selling mood, according to Dirt. To close out November, the Academy Award-winner put one of her Los Angeles condos up for sale with an asking price of $4.495 million. She owns two in the building.

The building in question is Sierra Towers. To savvy Angelenos and followers of celebrity real estate, the name likely rings more than one bell. Cher has lived there. So has David Geffen. Elton John kept a L.A. pied-a-terre in the now-legendary 1960s building, and Sidney Poitier too. Courteney Cox sold a unit in the building last year for $2.9 million. Bullock, an occasional real estate investor who has fared quite well with property wheeling and dealing, has owned units in the building since at least 2014.

Bullock’s for-sale property in the building is a 1,759 sq. ft. unit containing two bedrooms and three baths. The residence’s main living area is an open dining and living space which transitions to a kitchen. The room’s glass walls open to a terrace with excellent high-rise views of the city and its surroundings.

Bullock’s upcoming projects include The Lost City, with Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe, and Oscar Nunez (and Brad Pitt in a cameo role), and Bullet Train, with Brad Pitt and Joey King.
