Model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Sara Sampaio listed her 1,604 sq. ft. condo in downtown Manhattan this fall with a $3.45 million asking price. Sampaio has owned the property for about three and a half years, according to public records, and purchased it for $3.6 million, apparently as a rental property—it was listed as a lease opportunity within months of its 2018 closing.

The condo building was completed in 2017, and features a 50-foot pool, a gym, a library and a rooftop garden. Sampaio’s unit is a three-and-three; the accommodations include a corner master, although all bedrooms are suites.

The shared space is an open common area divided by the kitchen island—attached, so more of a peninsula, really—and details include floor-to-ceiling kitchen cabinetry, wide-plank hardwood floors and oversize, multi-pane steel-framed windows. The kitchen is outfitted with Sub-Zero, Bosch and Wolf, and dressed up with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry finished in white lacquer and blackened accents.
