The Miami Beach estate of TV personality Lea Black is back this fall with a price snip that drops its ask down to $26.9 million. The property initially appeared for sale under Lea and Roy Black’s ownership late last spring, when it was listed at $34 million. The couple paid $33 million for it.
The estate is located on Star Island, a fantasy island if ever there was one; only 34 residences grace its engineered plain, and all are waterfront. The house is a 9,753 sq. ft. hacienda-inspired mansion that was constructed in 1981. It features a set of tiled front steps that ascend to a covered front porch and a double-door entry. It contains nine bedrooms and eleven baths.
The estate comes with 190 feet of water frontage, and a deep water dock that can accommodate larger yachts.
