The newest figure to be featured in Montblanc’s Great Characters series is Enzo Ferrari, the patron saint of the sports car. The series will be offered with three variations on the theme.

The pens feature the distinct red shade that has come to be intimately associated with Ferrari, and a unique version of the Montblanc emblem that’s shaped like a car’s grille. The nibs of the pens are engraved with a shadowy steering wheel from a legendary Ferrari model, the 250 GTO.

At the top of the series is the Limited Edition 1898 Rollerball, which is priced at $3,605. Honoring the Ferrari workshops, it features a metal casing that’s inspired by a 125 S engine, with a prancing horse on the cap back and a quote from Enzo on the clip; it features red lacquer fittings.

The Special Edition Fountain Pen F and Special Edition Fountain Pen M are both priced at $1,135. They feature red resin, a nib in Au 585 solid gold, and quotes and dates unique to Ferrari and its founder.
