Former Trump campaign chief Paul Manafort’s lavish Long Island estate, Water Mill House, sold this fall for $10.1 million. The property sold for a whisker over its $10 million ask amid the fellow’s substantial legal woes, including several felony convictions, but avoided seizure after a presidential pardon was secured last winter.
The Hamptons spread features a prime 2.37-acre lot.
Other properties in Manafort’s portfolio were not so lucky. Among the residences owned by Manafort that were subsequently seized by the government include a brownstone in Brooklyn, a Palm Beach retreat and a condo in Trump Tower.
