This 1860-built two-bed P&B mill house in Westchester County, New York, was sold this year by actress Maggie Q, and purchased by fellow actress Zoe Kravitz, according to Dirt. The house changed hands in the spring for $1.45 million, a not-bad price for a historically rich 2,592 square-footer.

The home sits on a 2.02 acre lot in a particularly sylvan corner of bucolic Pound Ridge. Intoxicatingly rustic, the marvelous, character-rich house features a barn-style interior: cathedral ceiling, upper-level wraparound gallery, fireplace, and ancient plank floors. Perhaps most appealing is the master bedroom, which features a pendant fixture hanging from the apex of its two-level ceiling and a soaring wall inset with sash windows.

The home sits above a stone foundation and waterfall, and is surrounded by forest. Ms. Q owned the property for about eight years when it closed in June.

Maggie Q’s recent projects include The Protégé, with Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Keaton.

Kravitz’s upcoming films include The Batman, with Robert Pattinson and Colin Farrell.
