Boxer-turned-politician Manny Pacquiao listed his charming, 2008-built Los Angeles Spanish-style this month. The Filipino senator and presidential hopeful is asking $4.5 million for the five-bedroom, six-bath house in Hancock Park. It features a charming façade with a covered porch, a recessed entry, and several balconies.

The home’s interiors are a dressed-up version of warm, with honey-toned hardwood plank in the step-down living room contrasting with the dark kitchen cabinetry, beamed ceiling and neutral stone tile that covers much of the floor space in the living area. The kitchen features a pair of ovens and what looks to be a pair of microwave/convection units, and abundant prep space as well; it’s clearly designed to be catering-friendly.

Other nice surprises include the river stone floor in one of the bathrooms—the material gets a reprise in the pool surround. A turf lawn and privacy walls ensures privacy for the outdoor living space of this capable and versatile 4,273 sq. ft. home.
