Actor Gabriel Byrne listed his pied-a-terre in Manhattan on the open market this autumn. Byrne—whose recent film credits include appearances in 2018’s Hereditary and the upcoming Lamborghini—is asking $5.1 million for the condo unit.
The building is located in a downtown neighborhood. It was designed by Roman & Williams, and contains 15 units. Byrne’s is a two-and-two measuring 1,688 sq. ft.
The residence’s living style is relaxed and cottagey, with subtle warm and cool tones popping up amid the off-white, black windows and hardwood. The floors are in walnut, mainly herringbone although some straight-ahead plank is used in a guest room.
The unit’s layout puts the bedrooms on opposite corners, with shared living spaces between. The main bedroom is a suite, with a walk-in closet off the bath. A gallery and a living room with built-in bookshelves are also featured in the floorplan.
