Sports world billionaire Stan Kroenke is the new owner of a condo in Beverly Hills. Kroenke’s purchase price for the 4,900 sq. ft. residence was $23.75 million, which set a building record when the property closed around the middle of last month.

The unit is one of the residences in a luxury hotel that opened in 2008 and was rebranded last year. The penthouse is, according to Dirt, the second that Kroenke has owned in the building. The sale was conducted off-market.

The unit contains four bedrooms and five baths. Amenities in the building include a rooftop pool and a 20,000 sq. ft. gym and massage facility.

Kroenke is the owner of professional football and American football teams. His other real estate ventures in the past decade include the purchase of Waggoner Ranch in Texas, which he picked up in early 2016. The 510,000-acre property closed for $725 million.

Kroenke’s net worth is north of $10 billion.
