The last time we heard from Christina Pazsitzky and Tom Segura, they were selling their house in Pacific Palisades. That was in the late spring. The early fall finds the duo closing on a new southerly-latitude pad. The satiric-minded couple acquired a modern prairie-style in the Republic of Austin earlier this year, according to Dirt.
The two-story home had been priced at $6.5 million at the time of the closing. If public records are accurate, the 2018-built house had been priced at that price point since reaching the open market that year, so Segura and Pazsitzky are its first residents.
The 6,230 sq. ft. home sits on a one-acre lot, and contains five bedrooms and seven baths. Inside, it is bright, open and fairly Spartan within, with bright white walls, ceilings, cabinetry and shelving, natural-toned plank floors, clerestory windows, and a bit of frosted glass as an accent material.
The shared living area features a very high ceiling—15 feet is a good guess—making the dayroom very bright indeed; it sits in a bay alcove surrounded by glass, with a sliding glass door on one side opening to the outdoor living and dining area.
The waterfront lot terminates on a canal that offers access to the Colorado River, and features a dock with a double slip for power boat enthusiasts.
Segura and Pazsitzky host the popular Your Mom’s House podcast.
Segura’s I’m Coming Everywhere World Tour runs through next summer and takes him to major stops around North America.
Pazsitzky’s on the road as well; her tour takes her around the U.S. and runs through the end of the year.
