Actor Alexandra Daddario and producer Andrew Form invested in a little bit of Hancock Park late this summer when they shelled out $7.3 million for this 1927-built villa, according to Dirt.

The seller was producer John Wells, who helped bring Showtime’s Shameless to the little screen, as well as 1990s triumvirate network hits E.R. and The West Wing; Wells had owned the home for about two years. He listed it this spring with a $7.9 million asking price.

The home’s four bedrooms include a master suite with a Japanese-tinged spa bath, a private sitting area with a built-in bench seat and a fireplace, and  bedroom with a  vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and window bay inset with French doors that open to a private balcony with a wrought iron balustrade.

Down on the first floor, the shared living spaces are casual and just a little slick, and include a kitchen sporting abundant Calacatta marble and soft blue paint, and a living room with hardwood, built-in shelving and a fireplace. The outdoor living area features a 50-foot lap pool, multiple patios, and a one-bedroom poolhouse.

Form’s film credits include Friday the 13th, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and The Purge. Daddario’s recent projects include HBO television series The White Lotus.
