Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are the latest celebrity couple to pick up property in the Miami area. In January, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber sunk $9.6 million into a waterfront modern; two months later, they spent $3 million at the Ritz-Carlton building in Miami Beach. In December of last year, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen invested $17 million for a spot in the so-called ‘billionaire bunker’. The Jonas and Turner collective last spent large in Encino, where they dropped $14.1 million on a well-designed spec-built affair. In Miami, the musician and actor shelled out $11 million for this 1980-built getaway, which is designed with inspiration from the modern style and the Pacific lifestyle.

The home’s primary room is a soaring great room; the ceiling towers three stories overhead, while a wealth of glass and a wraparound upper level gallery with a solid balustrade increases the airiness and buoyancy of the space.
