Media professional and music executive Scooter Braun is the new owner of this newer postmodern mansion in Los Angeles, to the tune of $65 million.

The 19,000 sq. ft. estate was completed this year. The accommodations count on the property includes six bedrooms and twelve baths. The house is designed with a mix of modern, farmhouse and industrial architecture.

In the rear of the property, the design stacks up sections in the manner of a factory or civic building, and creates an impressive sense of scale by opening a broad passage to the courtyard living area. The façade is more modern, with a planar midsection bisecting upper and lower floors, and walls of glass panes providing transparency and openness.

The interiors feature stone and wood as expressive materials, with plank ceilings, tile floors and fieldstone accents. The centerpiece of the house is a sculptural floating staircase.

Pocketing glass walls are featured heavily in the back of the home, opening the indoor living spaces to a large patio that overlooks the lawns; with four acres of land to play with, the landscape design incorporates broad, lengthy expanses of groomed grass. Other amenities include a home theater, a creative workspace with a private deck, and a lounge with a wet bar.

Braun is known as the manager for music stars Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, among major acts in the industry.
