Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli took a trip to the resort golf community of La Quinta and emerged with the keys to a getaway spot.
The last time we looked at a real estate acquisition by the couple was the summer of 2020, when they closed on a brand new 12,000 sq. ft. modern farmhouse. That property, which features industrial and farmhouse architecture, a warm and wood-heavy interior living style, and a frills list that includes a theater, a gym, necessitated a $9.5 million outlay. The purchase came around the time the couple sold their Bel Air home for $18.8 million.
The pair’s newest property ran them $13 million, according to Dirt, and gives them the option of reclining with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from within the confines of the Madison Club. The house contains five bedrooms and six baths in its 9,300 sq. ft. of interior living space. It begins with a pivoting front door, and features optional glass walls, an open living style in the main living area, and the cooling influence and visual complexity of stone floors.
The frippery comes thick and fast, as expected. The house and its grounds pack a cinema, a full-length bar, a courtyard with a lounge, a spa clad in bookmatched marble, and an outdoor living area with excellent views that includes a zero-edge pool and a firepit.
