Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott went condo shopping in West Hollywood this summer, and wound up closing on this three-bedroom unit to the tune of $2.3 million, according to Dirt. The property measures 1,793 sq. ft. and comes with an interior living style that is earthy and contemporary by way of plentiful hardwood.

The unit’s shared space features herringbone-pattern floors, and a kitchen defined by newly added lightly stained hardwood cabinetry and island; the look of the wood in this central space lends a ‘green’ quality to the unit’s sense of style. Wine storage and Miele appliances complete the space.

The residence features pocketing glass that opens the main living area to the balcony and city and water views. The unit comes with a master suite, which includes a bath finished in marble. Amenities in the building include a pool and gym.

Def Leppard has sold over 100 million records worldwide. The band topped the Billboard 200 chart with 1987’s Hysteria and 1992’s Adrenalize. They almost did with 1983’s Pyromania as well, which peaked at number two but nonetheless achieved RIAA Diamond (10 million copies sold) status. They will be embarking on the nationwide Stadium Tour next year with Mötley Crüe, Poison, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
