It’s been a busy real estate wheeling-and-dealing summer for Russell Weiner. The Rockstar Energy Drink founder took a trip to Miami Beach this summer, and took ownership of a pair of connected properties in exchange for a $35.1 million outlay. In Los Angeles, the high-profile estate he owned in Beverly Hills sold for $29.5 million. Meanwhile, the energy drink kingpin’s Rocky Mountain getaway has surfaced on the open market with an asking price of $39.75 million.
The 9,641 sq. ft. house sits on .97 acres in a wooded area. It contains seven bedrooms, all suites, and at least eight baths, as well as a long list of amenities that includes a home theater, a lounge with a wet bar, a wine room, a gym and spa, a glassy corner formal dining room, and a great room with a soaring ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace accent wall.
The home’s exterior shows steel, glass, concrete and stone. Its architecture emphasizes modern linearity and planar intersection, and its breadth of material variation and accents results in abundant curiosity-inducing visuals. A saltwater pool and spa and an outdoor kitchen put the finishing touches on the warm-weather outdoor recreational necessities.
Weiner’s net worth is around $4 billion.
